Bangsamoro Plight: Who's to blame?

The Consortium of Bangsamoro Civil Society (CBCS) has called the various non-government organizations and the Ulama leaders to discuss and analyze the Bangsamoro situation and the peace process on December 29, 2007 at Crossroads Diner, Saduc, Marawi City.
